AlphaWin is a decentralized financial intelligence and prediction ecosystem designed to enable contributors to submit predictive models, participate in prediction tournaments, stake $AWIN tokens, and contribute intelligence to aggregated prediction and capital allocation systems.

Eligibility

You may use the Services only if you are legally permitted to do so under the laws applicable to you.

By using the Services, you represent and warrant that you have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms; your use of the Services does not violate any applicable law or regulation; you are not prohibited from accessing digital-asset, blockchain, financial, or related services in your jurisdiction; and all information you provide to AlphaWin is accurate and not misleading.

User Responsibilities

You are responsible for your use of the Services and for all activities conducted through your wallet, account, or other credentials. You agree not to:

• Use the Services for unlawful or fraudulent purposes
• Manipulate prediction results, performance metrics, rankings, or tournament outcomes
• Submit intentionally misleading or fraudulent predictions
• Interfere with the operation of the protocol or smart contracts
• Exploit vulnerabilities, bugs, or technical weaknesses
• Use automated systems to abuse the Services except where expressly permitted
• Attempt to obtain unauthorized access to datasets, APIs, systems, or other users’ information
• Infringe intellectual property or other rights of AlphaWin or third parties
• Use the Services in violation of applicable laws or regulations

Digital Wallets and Blockchain Transactions

Certain Services may require the use of a compatible blockchain wallet.

AlphaWin does not control your wallet, private keys, seed phrases, or blockchain transactions.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the security of your wallet and private keys; verifying wallet addresses before submitting transactions; paying applicable blockchain network fees; reviewing transaction details before confirmation; and protecting your wallet from unauthorized access.

Blockchain transactions are generally irreversible. AlphaWin cannot reverse, cancel, or recover a blockchain transaction once it has been confirmed on the applicable network.

$AWIN Token

$AWIN is intended to provide utility within the AlphaWin ecosystem, including staking, governance, access to certain features, and participation in prediction tournaments.

The availability and functionality of $AWIN may change as the protocol develops.

• Ownership of AlphaWin
• Equity or shares in any company
• Ownership of underlying assets
• Guaranteed income or profits
• Guaranteed staking returns
• Any other financial entitlement unless expressly provided under applicable law and the relevant contractual terms

Prediction Tournaments and Model Performance

AlphaWin enables contributors to submit predictive models and participate in competitive prediction mechanisms.

Model performance is evaluated using defined metrics, which may include accuracy, correlation, uniqueness, or other protocol-defined criteria.

Past performance does not guarantee future performance.

AlphaWin does not guarantee that:

• Any submitted model will be profitable
• A model will generate positive returns
• Tournament results will predict future market performance
• Performance metrics will remain unchanged
• Any prediction, signal, or model output will be accurate

Staking, Rewards and Slashing

Certain Services may allow users to stake $AWIN tokens in connection with prediction submissions or other protocol activities.

• Successful predictions may receive rewards
• Unsuccessful or otherwise qualifying submissions may be subject to penalties or slashing
• Reward amounts may vary
• Staking periods and conditions may apply
• Rewards are not guaranteed

Smart Contracts and Automated Execution

Certain AlphaWin functions may use smart contracts to execute transactions, allocate capital, settle positions, or rebalance portfolios.

Smart contracts operate according to their programmed logic and may interact with blockchain networks and third-party protocols.

AlphaWin does not guarantee that smart contracts or blockchain networks will operate without interruption, vulnerabilities, delays, congestion, exploits, or other technical failures.

Users acknowledge that smart-contract interactions involve technological and financial risks.

Financial Information and No Investment Advice

Information, models, predictions, signals, analytics, performance metrics, datasets, and other materials made available through the Services are provided for informational and research purposes.

Nothing provided through the Services constitutes:

• Investment, financial, or trading advice
• Legal or tax advice
• An offer or solicitation to purchase securities or financial products
• A guarantee of investment performance

Risk Disclosure

Participation in AlphaWin may involve substantial risks, including but not limited to:

• Digital-asset price volatility
• Loss of staked tokens
• Prediction or model failure
• Inaccurate signals
• Smart-contract vulnerabilities
• Blockchain network failures and transaction delays
• Loss of private keys
• Hacking and cybersecurity incidents
• Liquidity risks and regulatory changes
• Third-party protocol, oracle, or data-source failures
• Complete or partial loss of digital assets

Fees

Certain Services may involve transaction fees, staking fees, platform fees, data-access fees, or other charges. Applicable fees will be disclosed through the relevant Service interface or applicable documentation where reasonably practicable.

Blockchain network fees are generally determined by the relevant blockchain network and are outside AlphaWin’s direct control.

Users are responsible for reviewing applicable fees before confirming a transaction.

Intellectual Property

Unless otherwise stated, the AlphaWin website, software, documentation, branding, logos, designs, text, graphics, and other materials are owned by or licensed to AlphaWin and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, sell, or commercially exploit AlphaWin materials without appropriate authorization.

Users retain ownership of intellectual property in their own models, submissions, and materials, subject to the rights and licenses necessary for AlphaWin to operate the Services.

User Submissions and Models

You must not submit materials that:

• Contain malicious code

The Services may interact with third-party wallets, blockchain networks, exchanges, data providers, APIs, protocols, and other services.

AlphaWin is not responsible for the availability, security, accuracy, or performance of third-party services.

Suspension and Termination

Suspension or termination does not reverse blockchain transactions or automatically recover digital assets.

AlphaWin does not guarantee the accuracy or completeness of all information, uninterrupted availability, future profitability, prediction accuracy, staking rewards, uninterrupted blockchain operation, or the absence of security vulnerabilities.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AlphaWin shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive losses arising from or relating to the use of the Services.

This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited under applicable law.

Users acknowledge that digital assets, blockchain technology, prediction systems, and automated execution mechanisms involve significant risks.

Changes to These Terms

The updated Terms will be published on the Website. Where required by applicable law, material changes will be communicated through appropriate means.
